There was a time at my current job where this book would have really come in handy. I don't think I knew how to recognize negativity "trigger points." Based on my education, I feel like I now would be able understand the roots of these problems and how to overcome this negativity. The one thing that I would really be interested in reading would be to see what I could do to create a positive environment that improves morale and productivity within the workplace.
